We want to provide you the most professional and customer-friendly service as possible here at HSC. We also want to make sure that you experience a comfortable, friendly, and safe environment when you step onto our campus.  

 

We have a strict no cleats policy and please ask that you do not wear cleats within our Dome or our two indoor turf fields. Please review the rest of our sports facility's Frequently Asked Questions and campus policies.

Frequently Asked Questions & Complex Policies
  • What is your address?
    Hudson Sports Complex is located at 122 State School Road, Warwick, NY 10990. Our campus is located less than 10 minutes northeast of the Village of Warwick and less than 10 minutes south from the Hamlet of Sugar Loaf.
  • What are your hours?
    Our hours of operation are typically 10AM to 6PM, 7 days a week. We do take bookings and have programs prior and after these hours. Please call +1 (845) 986-7777 with any questions and more details.
  • How do we contact you?

  • Do I need to sign a waiver?
    Yes. Each person taking part in any program or activity at HSC must complete a waiver before participating. Waivers can be filled out here.
  • How do I sign up for a program or activity?
    All of our available programs and activities should be visible on our website where you can sign up. You can also sign up at the front desk within the Fieldhouse. Please call or email us if you have any questions or difficulty finding what you are looking for.
  • How do I pay for a program or activity?
    All programs and acitivites can be paid for online when you sign up. Or, we can take payments at our front desk within the Fieldhouse.
  • How many fields are on your campus & what sports can you accommodate?
    We currently have 2 outdoors turf fields that can accommodate soccer, lacrosse, baseball, football, speed and agility training, and more. Our 2 outdoor fields are lined for all these sports and we have 4 backstops for baseball and softball. We also currently have 2 indoor turf fields located inside our Fieldhouse that are both roughly 20 yards x 30 yards each. These are perfect for small-sided games and training. Finally, we have an indoor Dome field located behind our Fieldhouse that is 32 yards x 74 yards.
  • What parking is available on campus?
    We have a large parking lot below our main gate area that can accommodate over 200 cars. We also have parking right outside of the main gate parallel to the guard tower as well as over 50 parking spots inside of the main gate near the two outdoor turf fields. We also have several handicap parking spots near the main gate and Fieldhouse. Overall, we can fit approximately 300 total cars at our campus. During large events, we typically keep the gate closed so all parking and traffic is kept away from guests and pedestrians.
  • Do you host private events and birthday parties?
    Yes! We have ample space to host private events and birthday parties. We have an event room that can easily host over 50 people depending on setup. We have our indoor turf field directly connected to the event room for fun activities as well! Contact us today by calling +1 (845) 986-777 to learn more about our entire venue.
  • Are cleats allowed on the turf fields (both indoor and outdoor)?
    Cleats are NOT allowed in our Dome field or our two indoor turf fields in the Fieldhouse. You must wear Turf shoes or Flats in the Dome. Cleats are allowed for our outdoor turf fields, BUT we DO NOT allow Metal Spikes at any time in our facility.
  • Are food and beverages allowed on the turf fields (both indoor and outdoor)?
    Yes, we allow food and beverages, however, we asked that you please clean up after yourself and groups. We have trash and recycling bins across our Complex. We DO NOT allow sunflower seeds on our turf fields.
  • Do you sell food or drinks on campus?
    We have vending machines within the Fieldhouse with snacks and drinks available for purchase. Depending on events and weather, we also setup our own snack tent with food and beverage options. We also have food trucks and beverage trucks on campus depending on the occasion. We provide complimentary tea or espresso located in the Fieldhouse along with several water fountains. We currently do not sell hot food or concessions of our own on campus.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    We have a strict no smoking policy for all areas within the main gate and fencing. This includes all turf fields, Fieldhouse, Dome and the entirety of the Complex.
  • Is alcohol allowed?
    We have a strict no alcohol policy for all areas within the main gate and fencing unless otherwise notified or if we are hosting our own events.
  • Do you allow pets?
    We allow pets within the grass and blacktop areas. We love our animals, but we do not allow them on the outdoor turf fields or within the Dome. We also do not allow them inside the Fieldhouse unless otherwise notified and if there are medical and/or physical needs such as a service dog. Please contact us before entering the Complex to let us know and we will accommodate to your needs.
  • Do you have a lost and found?
    Yes. We have a lost and found so please feel free to contact us if you think you may have forgotten something at the Complex. If we do not hear from you in a months time, items left behind will be donated to charity or disgarded.
  • How far are you from the nearest hotel?
    There are several places to stay within the town of Warwick, however, the nearest hotel is the Holiday Inn Express in Chester, NY which is roughly 15 minutes away from the Complex.
  • Are we allowed to walk around near the dorms and large buildings?
    No. We ask that you stay near the given field space that is being used by your party. We do not permit anyone walking around outside the main fields, Fieldhouse, or Dome. There is a separate loop made for walking outside of our main gate relating to Wickham Woodlands Park that is open to the public.
  • What happens if there is inclement weather?
    We will do our best to remain open during normal business hours, however, if there is severe weather, we will contact you to communicate that we are closed or if there are any changes in scheduling. If any rentals or bookings need to be rescheduled or if payments need to be discussed, please don't hestitate to contact us.
