THE COACH
Michael DiGeso is a High-Performance Coach / Sport Scientist with years of experience working with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes. Michael is also a highly decorated US Army Warrant Officer with over 22 years of service leading, advising, and developing small tactical teams and athletes.

Michael possesses immense knowledge of physical and psychological performance and approaches his craft through meaningful engagement and cutting edge science-based practices. Michael incorporates learning theory, positive and change psychology into his program design. Michael’s methodology views athletes as dynamic individuals who perform in increasingly complex competitive environments and require physical and mental development to grow and succeed.

Michael graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Masters degree in Exercise Science. He also graduated from Mercy College with a Masters degree in School Psychology.

A universal multi-disciplinary approach to comprehensive functional training.  This program focuses on improving your fitness, overall health, and performance through fundamental conditioning.  Delivered 1 to 1 or in small groups, this program will provide the results and outcomes you’re looking for.  12 y/o and up.

Fitness Class
F3 BOOT CAMP
Forged and proven by professional tactical athletes, the F3 Boot Camp is a military-inspired conditioning program that delivers an instructor-led 30-minute high-intensity interval workout.  This weekly series focuses on functional mobility and multi-directional power, speed, agility, and endurance.  No matter your sport, activity, or profession, this will challenge you. Are you ready?  12 y/o and up.

Intense Workout
EXERCISE AND SPORTS NUTRITION
Professional nutritional coaching addressing performance, overall good health, and body composition.  Utilizing the proven Precision Nutrition system, you will be provided an individualized habit-based nutrition and lifestyle program to obtain optimal real, lasting results.

Program consists of an initial meeting with questionnaire followed by bi-weekly compliance meetings.

Training recommendations for home workout. OPTIONAL: In person workout for extra charge.
